Issue Advocacy

Issue advocacy is a political or social advertising strategy that focuses on educating the public on broader political or social issues,
rather than directly making arguments in favor of a specific candidate or political organization.

Here are the strategies our team uses when running campaigns centered around issue advocacy:
Research
Our team uses extensive research to develop targeted messaging that will resonate with the public and motivate them to take action.
Targeting
We make sure to target our audience with the right messages, in the right way, at the right time.
Mobilization
We aim to get the public involved in our campaigns by encouraging them to take action and voice their opinions.
Cooperation
We work together with other groups and individuals to build a unified front in order to advocate for change.
Public Engagement
We use events and other community activities to get the public engaged in our work.
Issue advocacy is not lobbying or corporate advertising. Again, the goal of issue advocacy is not to persuade the public to vote in favor of a certain candidate. The intention of issue advocacy campaigns is to create political or social movements that will help identify problems rooted in our society with the hopes of improving on them in the future through public advocacy, recognition and societal cooperation.
